Pluto is a one-handed card flourish from December Boys' cardistry project Qosmos. 

This particular OH cut has been heavily inspired by Dealers Grip work (Tobias' Mantra and Oliver's Retrigger). Although it was created independently, the spinning motion might resemble something Gaolock (Thanh Cong Le) and Andrei Jikh have already been performing, so mad props to these guys! Another cardist Andrew Avila has Pincer Rotators cut, with a very similar beginning and running concept to Pluto.
