Our first deck gets reimagined. To create the second edition, ZDV2: retro, we hosted a contest and received 173 submissions from artists across the world. Over half a year went into polishing the winning design, ensuring the 80s inspired look complements flourishes in motion.

Every deck comes with 4 ((green cards)), allowing you to chroma key them to anything and explore new visual dimensions to cardistry. An experimental concept we introduced in 2019 is now kicked up a notch. While editing out the ((green cards)) is quite simple even with free mobile apps, our Creator's Panel will do this for you in seconds. Not one, but two variants of ZDV2 were funded through Kickstarter in 2021. A 100 decks were culled from the main run and their edges were masterfully gilded using the same unique foiling seen on Academy Awards Envelopes. An advanced technology puts ZDV2: Gilded beyond "just a souvenir deck for collectors" category, as these hold surprisingly good even for the wildest XCM moves. Epic.

Both gilded and retro editions are housed in a nostalgic holo-foiled sideways-opening nice-looking™ tuck cases, devised together with Emir Aličić. Printed by the United States Playing Card Company on unrivaled buttery-smooth crushed stock, developed for cardistry, using environmentally responsible FSC-certified paper.
